General Information

Setting: Located directly on Routes 7 & 20, right between Lenox and Pittsfield Town Centers. Despite being commercially located, our backyard offers beautiful views of the scenic Berkshire Hills and our own private pond.

Style: In 2000 the former Yankee Motor Lodge was converted from a Motel to a Hotel in which all old rooms were renovated and 37 new rooms were built. The Main Building houses our lobby, cocktail lounge, indoor pool and guest rooms, which include original as well as the newly built hotel rooms. Our South Building has gone through renovations providing guests a motel style with a hotel feel.

Room Features:

• Main Building, New Rooms - Includes rooms with King, King Fireplace, or two Queen Beds. Each room has it’s own private rear-facing balcony.
• Main Building, Original Rooms - This section includes King FIRESPA SUITES™, and rooms with two double beds. These rooms connect to an exterior corridor facing our front yard, and Routes 7 & 20.
• South building, Original Rooms - Includes rooms with two Double beds, Queen beds, King Canopy Fireplace and FIRESPA SUITES™. The exterior corridor faces our front yard, and Routes 7 & 20.

Room Descriptions:

(FIRESPA SUITES™) KING CANOPY FIREPLACE SPA:

500 square foot rooms featuring custom Amish crafted cherry canopy beds and luxurious fabrics. All have wood or gas fireplaces and a spacious Jacuzzi for two. Located in both the South and Main Buildings.

KING CANOPY FIREPLACE:

500 square foot rooms featuring custom Amish crafted cherry canopy beds and luxurious fabrics. All have gas fireplaces. Located in both the South and Main Buildings.

KING FIREPLACE:

Rooms have private rear-facing decks & gas fireplaces. Located on third floor in the new section of the Main Building.

KING OR TWO QUEENS:

Rooms have private rear-facing decks. Options include recliner, pullout sofa, adjoining rooms and handicapped accessible rooms.

TWO DOUBLES MAIN:

Rooms are L-shaped with a small jog for sitting; very comfortable and smartly appointed. Most have exterior corridor and some with adjoining rooms.

QUEEN:

An economical choice; a nod to the original motor lodge rooms. Located on second floor of South Building w/exterior corridor.

TWO DOUBLES SOUTH:

Newly renovated with a cheery decor, solid construction and a homey, cozy feeling. Most have corian shower enclosures, others with tubs. Rooms are located on first floor of south building w/exterior corridor.

The Main Building, located opposite the courtyard from the south building houses our common facilities.

• Off Season: November to June and September
  • Weekday: Sunday through Thursday
  • Weekend: Friday and Saturday
• High Season: July, August & October
  • Weekday: Monday through Thursday
  • Weekend: Friday and Saturday
• Two Night Weekend Minimum - Friday and Saturday, for 2 nights at the Weekend Rate (i.e.- Thurs & Fri, Fri & Sat, Sat & Sun)

RATE, DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & OTHER POLICIES

All high season weekend reservations require a deposit equal to one night’s charge plus tax. A two night minimum weekend stay is required during high season.

  • Refunds are given with the following notice requirements:
    • High Season:
      • Weekend: 14 day advance notice
      • Weekday: One week advance notice
    • Intermediate Season:
      • One week advance notice
      • All others are non-refundable
    • Off Season:
      • Weekend: 48 hours advance notice
      • Weekday: 24 hours advance notice

• We cannot guarantee a specific room, but rather a room within a specific room category.
• Fireplaces are not operable during the summer.
• Due to quality standards we are unable to accommodate smoking in rooms, however we do have rooms with private outdoor decks.
• Check in time is 3:00PM
• Check out time is 11:00AM
• We do not allow pets

• Higher Rates apply to New Years, February vacation week, special mid-week Tanglewood performances and possible other events or holidays.
• An Additional charge of $10 per night applies to cribs or cots
• $15 per night for rooms accommodating more than two guests.
